From the second we stepped foot inside, we were blown away. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our special requests were met. They even called ahead to confirm everything was set. We were given fantastic recommendations for local places to eat and attractions to visit, plus coupons too! The rooms were absolutely perfect and the breakfast spread was simply mind-blowing. We enjoyed having our breakfast every morning on the riverside patio, which was so relaxing. The lobby was stunning and had fresh iced tea available all day, and we loved snacking on popcorn every evening from 7 - 10. The staff treated us like family, especially Johna and Heather, who took the time to chat with my daughter and me. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the grounds were beautiful, and the free water, tea, and popcorn were wonderful perks. Our son loved the indoor pool and the fire pit, although we wish it could have been a bit longer. this was the ultimate family vacation spot with its inviting and clean ambiance, river view, and fantastic amenities. We can't wait to return!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure all our special needs were taken care of. The breakfast on the patio by the river was fantastic, and the rooms were comfy and clean. The lobby with fresh iced tea and nightly popcorn was a nice touch! Appreciated the fab room keys and having Alexa for any requests 🤗. Although the place looked a bit different from the pictures, the overall experience was still worth it without feeling ripped off.

The breakfasts were reasonably good and delicious with a river view. The hotel is set in a remote area near the touristy city of Pigeon Forge and close to popular attractions and many restaurants. The property is conveniently located only 4 miles from a Tennessee museum.

At my first stay, the staff kindly helped me find my way. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, parking, and more. I'll be back for Easter.

The place was clean with a very polite staff. The room was spotless, with a perfect view of the mountains and river from the window. The breakfast was exceptionally good with excellent pastries, eggs, and hot waffles.

The units are well-appointed and well stocked with comfortable beds. There are a couch and a carpet - that's always a plus. This hotel offers an absolutely perfect location really close to the biggest Christmas store in the area, eateries, and the trolley.

The beds here are super comfy, and the room has a nice patio, a cozy couch, and a soft carpet. 🛋️ Plus, the complimentary breakfast is big and offers a variety of delicious hot food options to choose from.

The accommodations are beautifully furnished with fireplaces, and the staff is highly professional, all located conveniently near the new Puckett's restaurant — a perfect spot.

The Inn on the River exceeded my expectations with its picturesque location overlooking the river and the Great Smoky Mountains. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the personalized touches like the tea lights, rose petals, candy, and a card waiting for us in the room, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our experience.

One minor downside was the water flow in the shower, which could have been stronger. However, this was a very minor issue compared to the overall fantastic experience at The Inn on the River.

The hotel staff was hard-working and service-minded from the front desk to the housekeepers. The room I stayed in was very clean with a beautifully renovated bathroom and a balcony. The room also had a patio and a couch if needed.

I was offered a reasonably good and delicious breakfast with hot food to choose from. The hotel had a remote setting to the waffle making station. It was also really close to restaurants, stores and attractions and the more popular attractions and the center of all the restaurants.

My stay at The Inn On The River in Pigeon Forge was fantastic with my 2-month-old baby. The staff was welcoming, the room cozy, and the hot breakfast delicious. The view of the river during breakfast was serene, and the popcorn by the fireplace was a nice touch. The pools were clean and stocked with toys, adding to the relaxation factor. Being close to landmarks like the Christmas Place and the Alcatraz East Crime Museum made exploring easy, enhancing family bonding. a great stay!
